The Guildhall School of Music & Drama is inviting applications for the position of Head of Guildhall Young Artists King’s Cross, a Saturday performing arts centre for 5-to-18-year-olds.
This permanent, part-time role entails 21 hours per week during school terms, offering a salary range of £55,300–£62,390 pro rata, inclusive of London Weighting, dependent on experience and performance. The successful applicant will be an energetic musician, drama, or production arts practitioner and administrator with a proven track record in education.
Responsibilities include promoting a creative, collaborative environment, safeguarding, and management duties. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to developing young students from diverse backgrounds, have exceptional communication skills, and a passion for artistic excellence.
