Renowned artist opens exhibition at Kilcock Art Gallery


A new exhibition by Sligo-based artist Fergus Lyons  – “On the Way Home” – runs at Kilcock Art Gallery until 16th November.

Since the 1980’s Fergus Lyons paintings have chronicled and narrated milestones in Irish history and
life events, both past and present.

    Painting in HQ Irish Army
  • “Building Bridges” Six Oil paintings 38x50inch narrating the building of the Bridge over the River

  • “Turas Connacht” Arts Council collection – 14 paintings of Stations of the Cross set in modern day
    setting in Ireland. Still touring around Ireland
  • ‘Inagaki Collection, Osaka, Japan’ 4ftx7ft commission “Uisce Solas”
    An Post commission 6 Stamps on Myth and Legends of Ireland
  • “Over the Bridge” 4ft x 6 ft Millennium Commission of Portlaw Co. Waterford.
