ST. LOUIS — From the biggest bounce houses to celebrating Scottish culture, there are several events happening in the St. Louis area this weekend, May 11-12.
Big Bounce America
The world’s biggest touring inflatable theme park, Big Bounce America, is in St. Louis this weekend.
Children and adults can have fun in the multiple gigantic bounce houses at Grizzlies Ballpark Field (Sauget) on Saturday and Sunday.

Laumeier Art Fair
The 37th annual Lumiere Art Fair is on Saturday and Sunday, starting at 10 a.m.
Attendees can shop one-of-a-kind, handmade artwork from 150 artists from St. Louis and across the country.
The event also raises funds to support the Laumeier Sculpture Park nonprofit, which operates in partnership with the St. Louis County Parks.

St. Louis Scottish Games
The St. Louis Scottish Games will take place Saturday at Schroeder Park.
Hosted by the St. Louis Scottish Games nonprofit, the event will feature live music from a variety of bands, sheep herding demonstrations, children’s activities, Scottish athletic competitions, Highland dancing competitions and vendors.

Walk MS: Fairview Heights
The National MS Society will host a Walk MS event Saturday at Moody Park, starting at 9:45 a.m.
The fundraising goal is $55,000 with more than $27,000 raised so far. Participants can walk a one- or three-mile route.

Botanicals & Blooms IV
The Green Door Art Gallery has unveiled its latest exhibit, “Botanicals & Blooms IV.”
It features watercolor paintings, mixed media paintings and fiber art and earrings by artists.
The artwork is on display and available for purchase through June 29.

Slingshot: 2024 MFA in Visual Art Thesis Exhibition
See the thesis projects by the Master of Fine Arts in Visual Art candidates in the 2024 class of the Graduate School of Art in Washington University’s Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts.
The artists explore themes such as the body, identity, the built environment, and technology through collages, drawings, paintings, sculptures and photography.
The exhibition can be seen at the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum. It will be on display through July 29.
