We are (still) here: the free street-art exhibition is back at the Petit Palais this summer.

After a first edition in 2024, the exhibition We are here is back at the Petit Palais: enjoy a rich tour of urban art right in the heart of the Fine Arts Museum. Free to visit from June 20 to September 20, 2026.

Fans of urban art and street art will surely remember: in 2024, the Petit Palais hosted its first urban art exhibition, in collaboration with the Itinerrance Gallery. From June 20 to September 20, 2026, the Museum of Fine Arts of Paris invites us to discover the second edition of this special show!

The exhibition We are (still) here (the French phrase “nous sommes toujours là”) takes up residence in the Concorde Hall of the museum and houses close to 200 works by leading names in French and international street art. A roster of top creators joins this eclectic lineup, alongside Seth and Inti, who took part in the previous edition. These heavyweight figures of urban art present monumental installations as well as more intimate works, sparking a fresh and unexpected dialogue with the museum’s masterpieces.

Street art, paintings, sculptures and traditional objets d’art offer an unusual and curious mix, a clash of generations and cultures that enriches all the works.

We still don’t know which artists will take part in the second edition of the exhibition We are (still) here. In 2024, visitors could admire works by Seth, Invader, Shepard Fairey (Obey), Hush, Swoon, Conor Harrington, D*Face… The pieces were displayed throughout the museum’s permanent collections, and in a large room filled with paintings, in the spirit of an urban-art salon.

We’ll have to wait a little longer to see what this free exhibition in 2026 has in store for us. We can hope to spot renowned street artists and admire works with a message. The exhibition We are (still) here offers a chance to explore the full richness of urban art, which can take many forms.

Often, these artists are also engaged creators who use their art to express their worldview, denounce abuses, and give voice to minority communities. In street art, you find deep works with multiple layers of meaning. Inequality and civil rights, major world events, the search for identity, advocacy: the exhibition recalls the spirit of this street art, which has traveled from the walls of working-class neighborhoods to the walls of Paris’s grandest museums.
