Big news from the world of live music bookings this afternoon: US-based Arrival Artists and UK-based ATC Live are merging to form a new agency: Roam.
It will have offices in London, New York, LA, Chicago, Paris and Glasgow and will represent more than 800 artists. The company claims to be the largest independent booking agency globally, and the fifth largest overall.
(That would be behind Wasserman Music, CAA, UTA and WME, if you’re wondering.)
Amyl & The Sniffers, Fontaines DC, Jungle, Khruangbin, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, PJ Harvey, Royel Otis and The Lumineers are among the artists represented by Roam – some pictured above. The company says its roster overall performs more than 10,000 shows a year.
Arrival Artists and ATC Live are hardly strangers. They’ve been working together in various ways since 2020, leading up to this point where merging seemed a logical next step.
“Roam blends a personal, hands-on approach with the strength of deep, far-reaching industry relationships, unlocking opportunities in every corner of the touring world,” said Arrival co-founder Erik Selz, who is now a partner and agent for Roam.
“We’ve proven our ability to take artists from clubs to festival headlines and arena touring, and to add value to established artists of all levels through diligent and strategic work,” added ATC founder Alex Bruford.
“The creation of Roam significantly enhances the choices artists have for worldwide representation.”
