Fine Arts Students Earn State ‘Reflections’ Kudos


Fayette County Public Schools joins the 16th District PTA in saluting our state-level honorees in the 2023-24 Reflections arts competition, whose theme was “I Am Hopeful Because …” Entries of the eight overall category winners advanced this spring for national competition, where Siddhi Viswanath of Paul Laurence Dunbar High School earned an Award of Merit in Visual Arts. Congratulations to all our students on their outstanding efforts!

High School Division

Reflections, a nationwide cultural arts program that encourages creativity, invites students of all grades and abilities to participate through their school’s PTA or PTSA. The school chapters then submit their best two entries in each age group and category for district-level judging. The competition continues at the state and national levels.
