A company’s applied to turn a shop on Douglas Seafront into a café.
Dazan Ltd, based on Loch Promenade, says it wants to transform the unit in the Villa Marina colonnade on Harris Promenade.
In its plans, it says it would change the use of a retail shop to sell food and drink.
The shops used to house the former Sayle Gallery.
