The Downtown Statesville Development Corporation (DSDC) invites all local artists to submit their work celebrating the rich history, diverse culture, and vibrant community of Statesville. Whether through photography, graphic art, painting, or drawing, we encourage artists to showcase the essence of the city.

The Copper Street Art Gallery is seeking submissions from artists.




The Cooper Street Banner Art Gallery, situated in Downtown Statesville on the side of Nu-Way Shoes at 114 E. Broad St., serves as a dynamic platform for artistic expression. The current display features captivating pieces such as “Summer Day Camp” by Kali Moore, “Chewie and Penny” by Larisa Kamp, “Iredell Farm” by Don Moore, “Sunset Rip” by Mandi Rae, and other remarkable artworks that capture the essence of our community.

Established in 2018 and updated in 2020, the gallery boasts nine banners, each approximately 10ft by 6ft in size. Now, we invite you to contribute to this ever-evolving showcase of local talent.

Submission details: To submit your artwork for consideration, visit www.downtownstatesville.com. The DSDC Design Committee will carefully review all submissions, with the deadline for artwork submissions set for May 24.
